1. Training Academy Refunds

All training academy enrollment fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start date may be eligible for a partial refund minus administrative fees.

2. Software Development & Consulting Services

Refunds for custom software development, product engineering, or consulting services are strictly governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or contract signed by the client. Work already executed and billed is non-refundable.

3. Future Digital Products and SaaS Subscriptions

For future digital products, templates, or SaaS subscriptions accessed via our platform, purchases are final and non-refundable due to the immediate digital nature of the delivery. Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
