Role Overview
Misoftware Solutions is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to elevate the user experience across our ecosystem of ERPs and SaaS platforms. You will bridge the gap between complex business logic and elegant user interfaces. Your work will directly impact how educators, enterprise administrators, and businesses interact with our technology daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system for cross-platform consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end engineers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and iteratively improve interface workflows.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles across all products.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B or enterprise software.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and modern visual aesthetics.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
